HUD Subsidies Available

If you are 62 years of age or older or persons nearly elderly with qualifying disabilities under HUD guidelines, then you may be able to live at Parkview Christian Estates in Modesto, CA. Parkview Christian Estates does not offer any in-home health services to residents. Many residents hire their own, independent care givers, housekeepers or aides.

Parkview Christian Estates has a HAP contract with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for 60 qualified subsidies at our community. If you are considered low income under the government guidelines, contact our staff to see if you qualify for a rental subsidy.

We have both subsidized and non-subsidized rental agreements for our apartments.
